Literature Performance Postponed. Hello! Back once again to let you all know some important stuffs. Hope all of you will visit the class blog more as I might update on some important stuffs. Firstly, Mrs Ong says the literature performance thingy WILL BE POSTPONED as shes not free on Monday. So, please tell other classmates too or it will be a wasted trip on Monday and maybe waste of sleeping time too, haha. I'm not sure when it will be postponed to but if I know, I will keep all of you updated. Okay, secondly, Ms Chong has written a letter for 2E5 and I'm gonna paste it here. I will print it out too and paste it on the noticeboard so that all of you will have a chance to look at it too. Here goes :D Dearest 2E5, Hey guys! How are all of you doing? It’s been a long time since I left and just had the urge to write to you guys. Genuinely hope that you guys still remember me! Because I do and I miss you guys! For those who want to know (Now I know jokers like Omar would say no I don’t want to), I’m currently studying in NTU, School of Communications and Information. School life has been great and I’m really enjoying being a student once again! (No! I’m not kidding!) Anyways, your examinations are nearing! I hope you guys are dong your revision by now! I have lots to study tooL!! I’m so glad that great teachers are taking over your class. All the while that I was teaching there, I felt really inadequate because I really don’t know how to go abut teaching you guys and I feel guilty when I see your potential and eagerness to learn. I know that your grades weren’t fabulous when I was around and may have affected your learning process even up till now. My apologies for that and I really want to encourage you guys to keep going. I had relief teacher when I was a secondary school kid too and I totally blamed her for my lousy grades. But that did not stop me from working hard because I knew I had to. I know many times you guys will think what the hell am I studying this for when I know I’m never going to be a teacher, mathematician, scientist or whatever. I’m not going to sugar coat it and say that whatever you learn now will be relevant. But what you feel about your subject are not going to change things, so why not work hard for it, pass this stage, and clear it once and for all. You have nothing to lose. Of course, when I mean work hard, I don’t mean STUDY ALL DAY LONG. Haha. Please don’t kill yourselves ok. Engage yourself in recreational activities MODERATELY. And GET SOME SLEEP. On a lighter note, I noticed some changes in your class, like love blossoming (winks) hahaha. Do remember to not let that kinda thing ride over everything you’ve worked for for the past 2 years or so. BE a responsible girlfriend/boyfriend and encourage your significant other as he/she works hard too!!! Okay, I shall stop my ramblings here and do my tutorials soon. Pardon me for my poor grammar here (actually I can’t be bothered..please don’t let your English teacher see this if not I DIE AH. Hahaha) Okay work hard k guys!
